I have passed through the area several times on my way to Lawas by boat, looks very nice, heaps of mangroves, crocs, udang gala and but also a lot of netters on the river.
I normally go up the Mountains behind Lawas to Ravenscott, the Samling logging Camp for a spot of boar hunting now and then.
Let us know how you go..Good luck…Durian season now in the area…Trusan Durian, best in the world…

Now I’m back from a shorter vacation, no fishing though.
Just for ease up everything. There are so many replies in this thread, i’m having problems separating them (i’m very thnakful though). So could everyone I’m supposed to go out hunting for snakehead with, please give me your contactinfo.
