I remember reading somewhere that you organised day trips to Sedili… which happens to be a place where I started fishing on a boat back in 1995… still remember the actions at the unjams with Belitong playing around the boat… a place where I’ve fallen in love with sea fishing, Next were near P.Aur… and my first toy was a Pen 320GTi with Daiwa Medium action rod 6-8kg test(Both gone with the Mamat Fit)
Do you still organised a trip there??? Though I wanted to bring but my kakis from KL defer due to the travelling hour with the catch rate to worry…
Maybe I can “tumpang” in any future trips and “beg” for your “tips and tricks”…

I still do ,but going slow, if you have a gang of six, I don’t mind to arrange for you. Unless is a mixed group you boleh tumpang. Will kiv you in the future.

nowdays, i only intrested in trolling ( expect only tenggiris )
fire tiger and red headed rapala are effective on it…
but how about sailfish and other monster fish?

When you are trolling with those rapala lures, you have to expect a lot of other species, not only tengirri, sailfish and marlin as well, but remember, big lures big fish. You can also use skirts [about 12" long for high speed trolling.

WRT skirt, it is the plastic sotong with jet heads for high speed surface trolling. Is usually trolled with the combination of deep diving lures left and right, the middle line with surface skirt further than the diving lures to avoid entangling.
