Yes - tomorrow. Have been introducing newbies into our hobby at the Rm5 Kindergarten pond but now have family members from the US of A as guests - and they wanna " Big Ones ".
These guys were in BSR and Boon Ma in Thailand only a few months ago - and are hoping to catch something larger than the Lampams and Tilapias that we get in the 5 ringgit pond.[:p][:p][:p]

2 hours at the 30 ringgit pond and all we got was EK getting a few tentative hits by some Rohu.
Got our revenge when we went to the Rm5 pond though [:p]
then worst thing is break 3 line…ntg happen it jst break itself…

No lah … tentative hits is more like he saw / felt the fish hit his lure, but no hook ups. This was on the TJS Walk.
We could also see some of the fellas in other parts of the pond - but they simply declined all our offerings - casting lures, float and bottom fishing - all made not an ounce of difference.
There were 4 of us, and we covered the pond all the way up to the feeding platform and just beyond. Cannot understand it, but will chalk it down to just one of those days when even the mosquitoes won’t bite.

If the cut was near the hook - then probably a Pacu that hit the bait and swam towards you so that you did not register the hit.
If it was your main line - then I would think twice about swimming or going there at night !!! [:0][:0][:0]
