That’s what I caught yesterday. Together with the fellas I landed with you - that makes 3 !

Now the bad news - the regular sitting next to me said that these must be the last of the Rohu in the Rm5 pond. He says that they recently unloaded a few tons of pink Tilapia - about 600 grm - but that they had not yet started to bite.

No, did not get a chance to check with the management - but they should think about sticking in a few of the larger fellas - it is a really nice and comfortable pond. [:)]

hmmm..mike…its been ages since they re-stock this pond…they should think of adding more catfish (african,baung and patins)and carp’s (big head,black,grass and rohu’s)..people sure will buy their catch to take em home…consider the investment..patin fries are dirt cheap…with loads of food thrown into the rm5 pond..sure they can grow into decent size…

I saw many big head carp in rm5 pond but how to fish it? what kind of dedak?

any dedak mix would do/pallets would do..they fish there are not choosy..u caught a few with strawberry flavoring..

Hey guys, i want to organize a trip to FV soon..maybe during CNY..Landed a 34kg Plabuk recently before the new year..Gave a mighty fight i tell u.Was my fist mekong there n i hope there will be many more.and one more ting,how do i attach a photo to this thread?

I went to FV to fish and at the same time makan. This time I managed one keli who ate my frigging roti and another lee koh whack the panadol pellets. Wonder nowadays why the bite rate so low…KNN

After hiding one year trying to learn new tricks but yet no luck…[:D]

Landlord want to “relocate” thus his time to managed MFN is insufficient. Not LOSING MONEY or LOSING membership. Managing MFN taken a toll on his hectic schedule.

Exodus 23, That is a very nice fish. Hope it is strong and healthy. The place where you hold is called “Apek Bamboo Groove” but that was few years back.

Yeah … the lucky thing was that the poor thing was still attached to the rod and kept jumping. Just aim 20 feet behind the jump and VOILA ! - one happy angler who got his rod / reel back.

Did Wesley tell you that I also got one ( without the attached rod ) just over 3 kg ? Pretty boring by comparison to the one above !

Altogether a very good day … but like I said earlier … hope that the boss puts in some stock after the New Year festivities are over [:p][:p][:p]
